Our warranty repair request form is designed to fast track any repairs that are required to minimise risk, downtime and to keep your business running as smooth as possible. Where Items are outside warranty period or are void of warranty, a $50 + GST service call will be charged, excluding any additional parts. Active Furniture Hire Pty Ltd quotes and an official company purchase orders are required before any out of warranty repairs can be processed.
